Air-conditioning
• All non-residential premises on the 1st and 2nd floor will have pre-arranged plan of networks for installation of SPLIT air-conditioning device. Exterior air-conditioning unit will be installed on the roof of the extension on the north-western part of the building.
HVAC system
• In commercial premises (1st floor), air will be exchanged by HVAC unit installed on the 2nd floor.
Room decorating
• Walls and ceilings of rooms – 2 layers of whitewash white.
