• System of reinforced concrete poles, stairs, monolithic ceilings
• Brick construction of external and dividing walls

• Plastic windows with external colour foil made of plastics
• Windowsill internal: white plastics

Doors
• Entry doors: standardised, anti-fire doors, security doors, metal doorframe, ironwork
Ceramic tiles
• Preparation and installation of interior tiles (bathroom, toilet) - plaster
Flooring
• Floor in all rooms: anhydride screed and/or concrete screed
• Loggia and balcony floor: ceramic floor
• Terrace floor: scrubbed concrete combined with gravel spreading
Sanitary fittings and utility networks
• water supply: combined (steel + plastic)
• kitchen, bathroom, toilet: preparation of utilities in accordance with lay-out plan
• toilet: installed flushing cistern with hanging system for toilet bowl

• electrical installations: as per lay-out plant, utility networks are dimensioned for ceramic cooking range and air-conditioning
• meters: separate measuring of electricity consumption with each apartment
